ZRAZY - Tophouse O'Neills - 7pm
Vocalist, flautist Maria Walsh and pianist, saxophonist Carole Nelson Zrazy create an infectious blend of pop tinged electro jazz.

COLETTE CASSIDY & NIGEL CLARK - The Bloody Stream Howth - 8:30pm
Dublin based songwriting team combining sublime jazz vocals and virtuoso guitar playing performing material from their recent release “Confetti In The Rain”.

CLARA ROSE (Solo) - East - 9pm
Clara Rose's unique blend of raunchy blues, mesmerising folk and sultry roots are sure to salve the soul as her voice soars and swoops with the ease of an opera star running through her scales.

SUSAN TOMELTY BLUES BAND (feat. Pat Farrell) - The Waterside - 9:30pm
Sizzling, funky blues originals as well as choice material covering artists like Peter Green, John Mayall, Ida Cox, B B King, Susan Tedeschi, Big Mama Thornton, original material and much more.

DERMOT BYRNE'S DIRT ROAD BLUES BAND - Wrights Findlater - 10:30pm
Real ‘down home’ blues and roots music from famed slide guitar and harmonica player, Dermot Byrne. With influences from Robert Johnson, Fred McDowell, Son House, and Muddy Waters to artists such as Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash.

HUGH BUCKLEY & PHIL WARE - The Harbour Bar - 7:30pm
Guitarist Hugh Buckley and pianist Phil Ware weave an effortless take on original and varied material from the jazz canon interspersed with original material.

CLIVE BARNES - Tophouse O'Neills - 8:30pm

Los PaRadiso have emerged out of the ashes of various famous Blues, Boogie, Rockabilly and Rock Bands that has supplied the best of music to the Irish and British scene and drive their own original songs with prowess and verve. They return to the live circuit with a band new album debuting August 2017.

MIKE NIELSEN QUARTET - O'Connell's (Pier House) - 10:15pm
Nielsen, one of Ireland's leading jazz guitarists and educators, leads his eponymous quartet through original and innovative jazz terrain.

JAWBONE - The Harbour Bar - 2pm
Acoustic guitar trio Jawbone weave an authentic mix of old time classics of folk tinged blues from Tampa Red to Muddy Waters and more. Perfect music for a Sunday afternoon in Howth.

AOIFE DOYLE BAND - Tophouse O'Neills - 5:30pm
Aoife Doyle’s unique, expressive voice is equally at home with jazz, folk, country, bluegrass or blues, and her singing can evoke memories of the sophisticated, velvet tones of Ella Fitzgerald, the earthy, sweet lyricism of Patsy Cline or the straight-up country clarity of Alison Krauss. Backed by Johnny Taylor’s subtle piano, Andrew Csibi’s inventive bass and Dominic Mullan’s sensitive percussion, the band has won much deserved critical acclaim

Bassist John Querney leads a quartet of stellar musicians for this tribute to the music of bass legend Charles Mingus interspersed with choice tales of the origins and effects Mingus has impressed upon the jazz world .

A LOVE SUPREME - Exclusive live performance of John Coltrane’s seminal record - - The Summit Inn Club - 9pm
Often acclaimed as one of the greatest jazz albums of all time, John Coltrane’s A Love Supreme will be performed in full for the first time in Dublin by a stellar line-up of Irish jazz musicians including Michael Buckley on saxophone, Ronan Guilfoyle on bass, Kevin Brady on drums and pianist Phil Ware. A great opportunity to see a highly complex yet much-loved album brought to life.

SUZANNE SAVAGE - The Waterside - 10pm
Charismatic Irish soprano, jazz vocalist and songwriter Suzanne Savage, described as "Ireland's hidden music hero" (BBC), leads a quartet of Ireland's finest through original material. Prepare to hear the sublime.

CHIEF KEEGAN - Wrights Findlater - 10:30pm
When we want the grooves we bring in the Chiefs! This funky 4tet, comprised of piano/organ, guitar, bass and drums take their cues from artists like Vulfpeck, The Meters, Lettuce and The New Mastersounds. Bluesy and with a deep and perpetual groove, this bootylicious music just needs you to complete the party!

THE MUSHBURGERS - The Bloody Stream - 11pm
Are you ready for this? Avant-Garde instrumental surf, distinguished by reverb-drenched electric guitars played to evoke the sound of crashing waves, largely pioneered by Dick Dale and The Ventures in the US and the Shadows in the UK. The Mushburgers are the tempo party rockers, noise-scape interventionists and face-melting psych-surf dream catchers with sounds drenched in single coil Fender guitars, big amps, big valves and epic, epic reverb.


A very special premiere concert devised and written by Irish jazz guitar legend, Tommy Halferty, featuring 10 musicians with an ambitious suite of material focused on the works of internationally renowned French philosopher and author Albert Camus. This concert is funded by a Music Projects Grant provided by The Irish Arts Council.

DANIEL RORKE TRIO - O'Connell's (Pier House) - 8:30pm
Saxophonist and Irish/Australian dual citizen Daniel Rorke has been called a "heavyweight" by the Norwegian Jazz magazine Jazznytt. However, he promises that since that article was written he has been on a strict diet and will be presenting a set of lean, original and compelling modern Jazz music with his trio of Matthew Jacobson on drums and Cormac O'Brien on bass.
