Our maintenance master class starts in next Tuesday at 6pm Join the group to help improve your fitness and your waistline.
The program involves:
1 x 60-minute testing session
12 x 60-minute exercise sessions on Monday and Wednesday Mornings at 6am, combining resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching.
An exercise homework diary and motivational book.
Access to either an eating plan customised to your needs, or the CSIRO nutrition plan.
